What needs to be checked before the welding robot runs? More and more users use welding robots to replace traditional welding. This is because the welding robot has a high degree of automation, can improve welding efficiency, and has strong environmental adaptability. They also ensure welding quality in harsh environments and prevent occupational diseases. In order to reduce the user's cost, the welding robot needs to be inspected before operating the welding robot.
Before operation, we need to be familiar with the structural composition of the welding robot, the use of the welding function, the source of the welding alarm signal failure, and the welding operation process. Operators need to be trained and have a certain level of skill before they can get started. , to check before proceeding.
Check the following items before operating the welding robot:
1. Check the welding robot body. The inspection of the welding robot body mainly includes whether the movable joints, safety switches, emergency stop buttons, deceleration devices, etc. are operating normally.
Each movable joint is related to the flexible welding of the welding robot. Manually check whether the movable joints are flexible, and apply lubricating oil in time.
Safety switch and emergency stop button are important switches in welding work. If there is a welding defect or someone approaches, it is necessary to stop the operation of the welding robot urgently.
Check whether the reducer is worn, and replace it in time.
2. Inspection of welding robot control cabinet. The control cabinet mainly includes welding cables, cooling fans, teach pendants, batteries, etc. The welding cables are prone to wear and tear during welding and dragging. Try to avoid dragging back and forth in the working group, and replace it in time if it is worn out.
Check whether the buttons in the teach pendant are normal. During power-on and power-off operations, the teach pendant must be protected and placed in a place where it is not easy to drop.
The battery of the control cabinet should be replaced during annual maintenance, and the cycle is generally two years.
3. Inspection of the outer axis of the welding robot. The external shaft inspection mainly checks whether the connecting bolts are tightened, and regularly adds lubricating oil.
4. Welding robot welding machine inspection. The welding machine of the welding robot mainly includes welding power supply, welding torch, wire feeding mechanism, etc. The welding robot needs an independent welding power supply, which is conducive to ensuring the stability of the work.
The contact tip of the welding torch is a vulnerable part and needs to be replaced in time.
The wire feeding speed of the wire feeding mechanism is related to the welding efficiency. Before operation, check whether the wire feed roller is worn or whether the wire feed motor is running normally.
The above are the items that need to be checked before the welding robot runs. When the operator inspects the welding robot, he needs to make a spot inspection record. After the inspection is completed, it is beneficial for the welding robot to achieve stable welding.
