Maintenance of unclear marking problem of CO2 laser marking machine

In the marking industry of non-metallic materials, carbon dioxide laser marking machines are commonly used by people. Because the wavelength of CO2 laser in non-metallic materials is conducive to the absorption of non-metallic materials, that is to say, CO2 laser marking machine has the best marking effect on non-metallic material parts among many laser marking machines.

However, the decrease of laser intensity during the working process of the CO2 laser marking machine is a headache, which seriously affects the marking effect during the processing and makes the marking not clear enough. To solve this problem, it is necessary to check and repair the CO2 laser marking machine equipment.
Mainly start from the following aspects:

1. Check whether the laser resonator has changed, and fine-tune the resonator lens to ensure that the output spot is in good condition;
2. Measure whether the laser entering the galvanometer is eccentric, and adjust the laser;
3. Check the offset of the acousto-optic crystal or whether the output energy of the acousto-optic power supply is low, adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal or increase the working current of the acousto-optic power supply;

4. If the current is adjusted to about 20A, but the photosensitive intensity is still not enough, it proves that the krypton lamp has aged and needs to be replaced with a new lamp.
If the above points are done in place, basically the problem of unclear marking of the CO2 laser marking machine can be solved.
