Laser chiller daily maintenance method sharing:

1) Use the chiller in a ventilated and cool place, it is recommended to be below 40 degrees. When using the laser chiller, keep the machine room clean and well ventilated, and clean the condenser regularly to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

2) Change the water and clean the water tank regularly, usually once every 3 months.

3) The water quality and temperature of the circulating water will affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and keep the water temperature below 35 degrees Celsius. If it's over 35 degrees, add ice cubes to cool down.

4) When the unit has a fault alarm and shuts down, press the alarm stop button first, and then check the cause of the fault, remember not to force it to start and run before the fault is eliminated.

5) Regularly clean the condenser and dust filter of the chiller.

6) In non-emergency situations during use, do not cut off the power and shut down the unit at will;

7) Winter maintenance In addition to daily maintenance, it is also necessary to prevent freezing. In order to ensure the normal use of the laser chiller, the ambient temperature must not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius,
Ways to avoid chiller freezing:

①In order to prevent freezing, the chiller can be kept above 0 degrees Celsius. If the conditions cannot be met, the chiller can be kept running to keep the water flowing in the pipeline and prevent freezing.

② If the laser chiller is shut down during holidays, or the downtime is longer due to failure, try to drain the water in the water tank and pipeline of the chiller. If the machine is not used for a long time in winter, the machine should be turned off first, then the main power supply should be turned off, and the water in the laser chiller should be drained.

③ Antifreeze can be added appropriately according to the actual situation of the chiller.

The laser chiller is a cooling device that mainly performs water circulation cooling on the generator of the laser equipment, controls the working temperature of the laser generator, and enables the laser generator to maintain normal operation for a long time.
