The difference between laser cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning is that laser cleaning is very convenient to operate, and generally hand-held cleaning is enough. It can directly clean the surface of objects without any special functions. Suitable for large area cleaning and precision parts cleaning. The working temperature is -5C~50C, and the cleaning agent needs to be added to the ultrasonic wave. The higher the power density of the ultrasonic wave, the faster the cavitation and the better the cleaning effect. Cavitation and corrosion occur on the surface of the object. Ultrasonic cleanable workpieces are small in size, cannot remove submicron particle contamination, cannot remove coatings, etc., and laser cleaning is not a problem.
