The possible reasons for the sudden failure of the laser welding machine are as follows:
1.Whether the laser is normal. Check whether the laser power supply is normal, adjust the power supply voltage to the standard value and keep it stable, and adjust the laser to the standard frequency; if the laser light source is abnormal, please check whether the output of the laser is normal; if it is not the cause of the laser, you need to check the laser Whether the external configuration and connecting wires are damaged.
2.Whether the optical fiber transmission system of the laser welding machine is faulty; if it is faulty, please check the optical fiber connector, optical fiber connector, optical fiber transmission cable and optical fiber connector. Also, check the output power, input power, and output power of the laser.
3. Whether the laser head is polluted. If the laser head is polluted, please clean the laser head; if the laser is damaged, please replace the laser head.
4.If the laser welding machine cannot work normally or the laser power supply is abnormal, please check whether the output voltage and output current of the laser are normal; if there is no problem, please check whether the laser power supply and the optical circuit match; if the laser does not work normally, please replace the laser power supply or optical circuit components.
