- The working environment of the laser marking machine also has certain requirements. It is recommended to use it at a temperature not higher than 30 degrees and not lower than 20 degrees, and the indoor environment should not have too much dust, otherwise it will easily affect the parts and cause failures. The rate is also gradually increasing, and it is not easy to use in a humid or over-dry environment, which also has a great impact on the maintenance of the machine;
- The power consumption should be stable. Repeated incorrect power outages of electrical appliances will affect the service life of the machine, and frequent high and low voltages will easily cause the service life of the laser marking machine;
- The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable. Working under the light intensity of 90-100 for a long time will not only consume a lot of energy, but also cause the optical system to be used improperly, which will affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to clean the laser tube frequently to prevent Premature aging and cracking. It is recommended to adjust the optical path of the laser marking machine at 50-60, and then adjust the speed according to the engraving material in order to achieve a good working condition;
- The stability of the machine must be strong, and the base plate and the receipt must be certified, otherwise the operator will adjust the optical path during operation to facilitate the penetration. Such zooming will easily cause the aging of the laser tube;
- The heat dissipation system of the laser power supply of the laser marking machine should be flexible and smooth, so as to ensure that the temperature rise caused by adjusting the speed will not get timely heat dissipation during work, which will induce the use of the laser marking machine.
